Lilibeth, the Founder and Chairperson of the Global Partnership for Development in Sweden, has over 25 years of socio-economic, political, and foreign policy research and analyst experience, organizational and strategic planning, monitoring, diplomatic practices, representation, negotiation, advisory, and governance work involvement.
Her conducted policy inquiries, evaluations, and empirical investigation concerns encompassed significant countries´ domestic and international socio-economic, political, and diplomatic policy programs and intergovernmental strategies, human rights, cross-cultural developments, health, and environmental issues (both bilateral and multilateral perspective levels), and were carried-out at social research institutes, political think-tanks, Philippine government diplomatic institutions, academia, and non-government entities at various work-posts in Asia, Europe, and Africa.
She studied political science and courses on Philippine law and social development (sociology and anthropology) at different universities in the Philippines.
Has postgraduate degrees in international relations (University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia); human geography (Stockholm University, Sweden); and further postgraduate academic training in infectious disease and control; and environment, sustainability, and global development (Södertorn University, Sweden).
